Shop Policies

Welcome! Below is a detailed outline of my policies. Please read them carefully before making your purchase. Once you have committed to purchasing an item you are entering into a contract that tells me you have read and understood each section below.

 

PAYMENT

I accept payment through PayPal. It's easy to use and can be linked up to either your bank account or credit card.

If for some reason you can't pay with Paypal and would still like to purchase something, please contact me and I will work with you to find a solution.


SHIPPING

I ship all of my work securely via USPS first class mail services. This includes tracking for US customers, but does not include insurance.

If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me prior to purchase. Please understand if you decline to add this service and your package is lost, stolen or damaged due to USPS or other factors out of my control, I am not responsible.

Items ship within 3-5 days from date of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated confirmation.  

US customers should expect to receive their item within 3-7 business days.

International customers can expect to receive their order within 10 days - 2 months (in extreme cases) and is usually dependent on your country's custom laws. 



INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 
I ship via first class mail via USPS. This includes a customs number that tracks your package to the US borders but not beyond. 

Every country's import taxes and/or duty fees are different. It is your responsibility to be aware of your country's custom laws, and to pay any associated taxes & duty fees that go along with importing merchandise from my country. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

There is a 15 day time frame for acceptance of returned merchandise. The product being returned must be in new, reusable condition. Unless the item is damaged, customers are responsible for both the original delivery and the return shipping charges. A refund will only be issued once I have received the item(s).

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item(s) arrived damaged in the mail, or has broken within the 15 day return time frame, you may request a replacement or return it for a full refund.

Please Note: I will not replace damaged items or issue a refund without photographic proof.

 

It is my utmost goal to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Should you have any concerns once you receive your order,
please contact me immediately and I will work with you to find a resolution.


 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQs

PRINTS:

Please be aware that due to the required need for low resolution photos, as well as different monitor settings, the colors of an image may look slightly different on your computer monitor than it does in print.

JEWERLY:

Because of the handmade nature of my jewelry, pieces will vary slightly and may contain imperfections and subtle differences from order to order.

Please allow for these slight variations, as no two pieces of handmade jewelry are identical.

JEWELRY CARE:

My jewelry is relatively water resistant, but not waterproof. I do not recommend wearing it while showering, bathing, swimming, etc.
